Meet Tenzo, the Lead Listener
Fennec foxes have the biggest ears for their size of any fox; they hear prey moving under the sand. Tenzo grew up where the fox who hears first eats first. He noticed loan officers paying for clicks and then letting borrowers wait hours for a reply — so he put on a headset.
Now he stands for the one promise behind everything we build: every lead heard. When a borrower finishes a quiz, the text, the email and the calendar link are already on their way.
