Privacy policy

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, NMLS ID, licensed states, website, messages, plan choices and anything you write in our forms.

Information collected automatically, only with your consent: analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and referring links including UTM campaign parameters.

Essential storage on your device: your theme, palette, accessibility and cookie choices, and recent searches, kept in your browser's local storage.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule calls, prepare proposals and provide the services you order.

To send texts only if you ticked the SMS consent box; to send emails about your request or account; and, with your permission, occasional updates you can unsubscribe from.

To understand which pages help visitors (analytics, only after consent) and to protect our forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).

How we share it

With service providers who help us run the business: hosting (Cloudflare), our CRM platform, email and SMS delivery providers, and scheduling tools. They may use the data only to provide services to us.

When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Data we process for our clients

When we host a loan officer's website, funnels or AI Engine, we process borrower information on that client's behalf as a service provider. The client's own privacy notice governs that data; contact the loan officer or their company for requests about it.

Text messages

If you opt in, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not convert: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Client account data: for the life of the account plus up to 7 years for legal and accounting records. Analytics data: according to the analytics tool's retention setting, not more than 14 months.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising. We honour these requests for all US visitors.

Submit a request on our Your data rights page. We verify requests and reply within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Global Privacy Control: we treat a GPC browser signal as a request to opt out of analytics.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, access controls, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you believe your information was compromised.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
