How much do mortgage funnels cost?

Our plans run from $249 to $579 a month, plus a one-time setup fee of $690–$1,190, month-to-month. Annual billing saves 15%. Ad spend, if you run ads, is paid directly to the platforms.

What does the setup fee cover?

Writing every page, quiz, result page and follow-up message; building and testing the funnels; CRM, calendar and SMS wiring; and help with A2P 10DLC registration. It is fully refundable within 7 days of payment if we have not started writing.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months at a 15% discount.

What is not included?

Ad spend (paid to Meta or Google), SMS carrier and registration fees (passed through at cost), legal or compliance approval, and custom development outside the plan scope. We list these before you order.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade any time (we prorate); downgrade at the next billing date. On Funnel Stack you can swap one funnel for another once per quarter at no charge.

How does the AI Engine price work?

Each channel has its own monthly price, or take all channels for $459/mo. A one-time $490 AI setup covers training and testing. The receptionist includes 600 minutes a month, then $0.19/min.

Do prices include tax?

Prices exclude any sales tax that applies in your state.

How do I pay?

Card or ACH. Choose a plan on the order form; we confirm scope on a kickoff call and send the first invoice before any work starts.

Is there a discount for teams?

Full Library includes 3 loan officer seats; extra seats are $69/mo each. Larger branches can ask for a custom quote.

What happens if I cancel?

Service runs to the end of your notice period. We export your contacts and conversation history; your domain and the copy we wrote for you stay yours.
