Our services

We design, write, build, host and maintain websites and lead funnels, configure CRM automations, and — if ordered — run ads management and the AI Engine. The scope of your plan is described on the pricing page and confirmed in your order summary.

We are not a lender

Get Mortgage Funnels is a website and marketing provider. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial adviser, do not take loan applications for ourselves, and do not make credit decisions. Our clients hold their own NMLS licences and are responsible for their own advertising compliance.

Your responsibilities

You hold all licences needed for your business and are responsible for your advertising compliance, including Regulation Z, RESPA, fair-lending and fair-housing laws, state advertising rules, TCPA consent for texts and calls, and your company's policies.

You approve all copy before it goes live, and you give us accurate information (NMLS IDs, licences, programs). You are responsible for content you supply and for the use of ad accounts you own.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Setup fees are billed before work starts. Annual billing receives the discount shown on the pricing page. Ad spend is billed by the platforms to you. SMS carrier and registration fees are passed through at cost.

Prices exclude applicable sales tax. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; annual prices are fixed for the paid term.

Term and cancellation

Plans are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans run for the paid year. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Ownership

You own your domain, your content (including copy we write for you once paid), your logos and your CRM data. We own our software, templates, code and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them while your plan is active.

AI Engine terms

The AI Engine answers from information you approve and is configured not to quote rates, approve loans or give advice. You remain responsible for reviewing its knowledge, enabling recording notices and consent settings appropriate to your states, and for supervising its use. AI output can be wrong; human handoff is always available.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee rankings, leads, loan volume or revenue. Services are provided "as is" except as stated in your order summary. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state named in your order summary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are first handled by good-faith negotiation.
